For some of the pupils I work with

no one has ever taught them how to share- yep, even some teens.

(this may affect their behaviour in the sandpit/yard/bunsen burner group experiments)

Pupil: “Miss, you know we call you ‘Miss Lates’ for your nickname.”
Me: “Good use of rhyme, why do you call me that?”
Pupil: “You give motivational speeches at the end of lessons and never let us
out on time.”

Some of the pupils I work with don't feel safe with me.

It affects their #behaviour on occasion... (punishing them for it rarely helps)
