My daughter is convinced A Man on the Inside exists in the same universe as The Good Place. When questioned for details, she just says, “Jeremy Bearimy, baby!” It’s a pretty good argument. @kentremendous.bsky.social can you confirm or deny??

Video scrubbing in Safari changed so you have to scrub over the bottom control bar instead of being able to scrub anywhere in the page. Requires a lot more thumb movement to use the over-video controls and also scrubbing.

In iOS 16, when I’d pull down to Search to launch apps, I’d swipe up to go back to the Home Screen. Now when I swipe up in iOS 17, I’m back in Search. Which would be helpful if I used search for anything other than launching apps :/

iOS 17 first thoughts:
DO NOT PANIC. Bitmoji is not under the stickers section in the new Messages UI, but it is STILL there. You just have to swipe down to see more Messages apps. I’ll have to see how often I’m annoyed about having to swipe to get there.

One of my kids got a dog translator app from the App Store to translate “I love you, Buddy” into barks. So seems like we are almost there 😂
