So I shared this more directly with people, so I keep forgetting I can post stuff like it here. But I had stackable marker storage shelves that I got tired of reaching over it for my scanner, so I condensed it. Not as organized. But so much more space efficient.

Finally decided to go ahead and auction off the big Charizard piece I had done for the Pokemon Art Contest 2 years ago in an effort to cover my car repairs and get ahead on finances.

WIP on the Tobi Kadachi the other night.
Also my immediate car repair cost about $2270. More info and how I plan to try to pay for that.

Welp, some terrible news. Went in for an oil change and got told that my rack and pinion and front struts were leaking and needed replacing. Took car to Kia for confirmation. And they found more. Will post a journal to FA later this evening after work. But this what they found.

While I might still be learning myself, I am more than happy to help point people to things I have personally used or done to get where I am at. I am a traditional media artist as well, so if you need to know recommendations for supplies and how to get them cheap I have done a lot of experimenting.
Share your knowledge if/when you can. Teaching other people how to do what you do doesn’t lessen your art - it just means more and better art for everyone.
I appreciate when people are willing to tell me about their brushes, how they study, etc… I want to put that back out into the world.

Gods, it's been a while, stress from work has made getting anything creative done a nightmare these last couple weeks, but between commission work I did manage to get a personal sketch at least mostly fleshed out this last week. Pharmacy really sucks this time of year.
