doesn’t matter if you’re an anime artist inspired by moe art from the early-mid-2000s or you’re hyperrealistic with your work- it’s beyond important to try to always keep your creative mind going drawing new things even if you haven’t done so before, and allow yourself to get used to it and grow

diversity in your character designs and artwork makes you a stronger artist, period. trying to draw something you haven’t before w/ reference- even if the result isn’t what you’d like yet- will be infinitely more beneficial for you than sticking to what’s comfier to draw atm regardless of art style
