I spent three days last week feeling like I was going to throw up, without actually doing anything. Tired and a temperature. Got to Saturday lunchtime and it was like someone just turned off ill mode. Very odd. Hope you are feeling better.

As I draw ever closer to the end of carpentry in the Elvem Forest, my mind is already turning to my next novel.
Does anyone think there is any mileage in a Troll detective story in the style of Raymond Chandler?

As the query rejections come pouring in, or nothing happens at all, it can be a little, depressing. I know the story is good, the beta readers have all agreed it is.
All you can do is keep trying, keep writing and one day it will happen!
if I keep saying it then it will be true right?
