Getting ready to go out for a run. It's so important it is that children have access to books. I'd love to try to get to £1400 of my £2000 target for BookTrust by the end of Jan. £10 supports 3 babies with additional needs with books and resources.

Getting ready to go out for a run. It's so important it is that children have access to books. I'd love to try to get to £1400 of my £2000 target for BookTrust by the end of Jan. £10 supports 3 babies with additional needs with books and resources.

I apologise for using "shit run" to describe it. I know I'm lucky to be out and running any distance while so many are struggling with injuries etc and dream of the day they can lace up with no issues. I suppose I was just trying to convey in my own way, that not every run is easy. #runchat #running

Ended up at dermatology because of a spot under my eye which has persisted for 18 months. He said his a trapped blood vessel. Said for me to use moisturiser with a SPF when running/walking and gonna give me some cream which should help it chill too.

Ended up at dermatology because of a spot under my eye which has persisted for 18 months. He said his a trapped blood vessel. Said for me to use moisturiser with a SPF when running/walking and gonna give me some cream which should help it chill too.

Signs I've been watching too much X-Files, while running, saw a huge flock of birds (didn't think it was birds at first) made the outline shape of a boat on the sea..... I thought, surely the navy isn't testing cloaking technology here... It was Birds my non glasses ass thought it was secret tech!

Signs I've been watching too much X-Files, while running, saw a huge flock of birds (didn't think it was birds at first) made the outline shape of a boat on the sea..... I thought, surely the navy isn't testing cloaking technology here... It was Birds my non glasses ass thought it was secret tech!
@h0rr0r0fdracula.bsky.social @danburden1138.bsky.social obvious shout, but how good was Bradford Dourif in "Beyond the Sea" probably one of my favourite episodes so far. Oh a little freaky Scully's vision of her Dad when he passed, just sat in the chair talking silently.

Getting the urge to give Kingdom Come Deliverance another go.. this time with the DLC. I enjoyed the first attempt, just got save blocked at that fight sequence mid way through the game.
Reading "Rendezvous with Rama" at the moment by Arthur C Clarke. About 50 pages in, they really should have included a diagram of sorts for Rama. I can picture most of what's been described but some stuff is escaping me. 💙📚 #Booksky
