まずできる対策は
・snsプロフィールやポートフォリオサイトなどに「転載禁止」「利用禁止」を明記する
・投稿(著作物本体)や頒布物なら奥付けなどに利用禁止などの意思表示をする
・音声形式の著作物を公開する場合は映像形式にし、どこかしらに利用禁止や記名を表示する
などかと思います

ポートフォリオサイトを利用する場合、各種著作物にサイトURLを表示できると良いと思います
連絡する際にアクセスし、利用可否情報を確認する必要があります
