Truly amazes me when ppl use what aboutisms regarding Viktor vs others when Viktor is the only one whose experience is not quantifiable as something that can be experienced irl & if it was he would still qualify as 'not guilty by reason of insanity' as he very literally cannot tell right from wrong

I think, on top of everything that has been said about s2 Jayce in the bts and the ama, people really don't register the choices made in the audio and visuals regarding what Jayce's mind decided to reflect on in the ravine and why they all burn away, leaving only Viktor in the flames.

Idk if I've ever experienced this attitude toward fiction before, where the power dynamics and internal politics are treated so wholly like they do not matter at all as people force the irl politics of 1 specific region of the world onto the narrative created by an international production.

It's deeply interesting how insistent people are when they say that viewing Jayvik as romantic would 'diminish it'. It makes me wonder how they view romance and their own romantic partners in general if viewing a fictional relationship as romantic is diminishing.
