I was right, called the pharmacy and they’re still waiting for prior authorization because my insurance has to approve my coverage for it

I highly doubt it’ll be ready today just because of the fact it’s a controlled substance and that they’ll need prior authorization from my health insurance but a man can hope regardless

Well the pharmacy is saying my expected pickup for my testosterone is today around noon! So roughly three hours! I really hope it’s ready today 😭

MY Blood is perfect! I was so worried about that, BUT apparently because of my insurance they are starting me on gel 😭 which wasn't ideal for me but! I'll be hopefully picking up my prescription in the next one-two weeks.

I have my bloodwork follow up appointment tomorrow morning and I haven’t even seen my blood results and lowkey I’m so worried it’s gonna be bad news. But I’m also excited because I’m getting my testosterone prescription tomorrow

That's what I read online, too I was shocked when my primary care doctor told me. I'm going to be calling my insurance this week to see what's up with that because living with my partner and cats isn't ideal for gel application 😭
