Kansas and Idaho have gone fully anti-trans. If you're trans, if your kids are trans, I urge you to consider moving to a state that will respect your/their privacy and support your/their right to be your/their authentic self. Check out the Pink Haven Coalition and the Trans Safety Emergency Fund.

This is the resistance -- ordinary people choosing to NOT cooperate with evil.

This email contains a simple insight into who Donald Trump is which rings like a gong. "He must be seen to get something." It's not all you can say about Trump, but it may be almost all you need to know about him.
Norway has opened a major corruption and espionage criminal probe targeting former PM Thorbjørn Jagland, based almost entirely on Epstein files released by he DOJ. So what was Jagland up to? Whatever Epstein and his GRU handlers wanted, with Trump in the middle, for the right money, of course.

The people who are telling you they are withdrawing ICE from Minnesota are the same people who told you a year ago they would release the Epstein Files in full.

They are not to be trusted. They are allergic to truth and incapable of decency.

Stay vigilant.
Stay united.
Keep fighting.
We will win.

YES. A turn to state constitutions for substantive protections from federal authoritarianism is a necessary development under the present circumstances.

I've long seen federalism as on balance bad for rights—Jim Crow, after all, lasted nearly a century. But today, its potential can't be denied.
When state courts interpret their own constitutions to offer broader rights, the federal judiciary can't overturn them. A crucial safeguard against authoritarianism.

Seems likely. I'd like to see more than assertions and speculation. Congress needs to pry those Epstein documents open.
NEWS: @robertgarcia.bsky.social says Epstein had people working directly for him and causing massive harm by coercing and trafficking these women and girls.

This was happening at Mar-a-Lago, at beauty pageants.
