Senator Rick Scott was the CEO of Columbia/HCA in the 1990s. In 2003, they were found to have committed MASSIVE Medicaid Fraud and had to pay $1.5B in fines, penalties and damages. Scumbag Scott claimed he knew nothing about the illegal activity. #BS
