Every time someone says some bullshit, I’m definitely not gonna be getting all upset. Happiness is something you have to create and protect because there’s always someone who’s miserable trying to make others just as miserable

A 50 year mortgage sounds like hell tbh. Especially if most ppl are getting their first home in their 30s. The only way this would make sense is if you plan to pay it off early.

Maybe instead of listening to the loudest tech bros about AI and its integration into the workforce, maybe we should be following other industries and how they’re integrating it.

If you have a degree that leans into the tech space, I know it’s rough out there, but think about taking your talents to the healthcare industry, public/commercial infrastructure, energy/utility and nonprofit space.
