Toru Ishihara used the pen name Gojin Ishihara from the 1940s when drawing monsters, mysteries, sci-fi, ghosts, etc. In the 1970s he started using "Gekko Hayashi" to draw gay artworks - collected in "The Delight of Boys Love & Masculinity" art book. Avail. at AkaTako.
