I have made an investigation video on why my YouTube livestream VODs become 30 fps even if they are 60 fps while live

Short version is, using AV1 encoder will make VODs become 30 fps. x264, H.264, HEVC have no such problems

(Sarcastic) Thanks, YouTube
Streaming on YouTube with AV1 encoder may make your VODs 30 fps only【Serious Talk|Investigation】

Forgor to post the pre-stream doodle >w<"
I pondered the possibility of my W11 reaching into YouTube server and stole the frames, but then I woke up

The OBS settings are as pictured. I reduced bitrate from
30 Mbps to 25 Mbps and Preset P6 to P5 hoping that would help but no

Otherwise, all are same as before 25th.
Error log

My 6 out of 7 livestream VODs on YouTube
has no 60 fps option

60 fps while streaming and after. No more 60 fps after time has passed

This problem starts happening from 25-Sep-2025 onward, the only difference from VODs before 25th was I upgraded W10 to Windows 11
