Prior potus being pardoned by the immediate successor/VP wasn't going to follow some subordinate panel's analysis or anyone but potus. Just like a national leader isn't going to be negotiating a deal with an assistant state dept official. It goes w/president deals w/president or leader of country
Zealous and overzealous are 2 different things and only 1 is proper prosecution IMO. I'm not even sure all the ways Garland fumbled because I try to not follow politics anymore. I just figured AG woulda set special prosecutorsoon after inauguration/investigation overview to avoid politics/optics
😮I'd include Biden's SEC chair Gary Gensler as another mistake I saw coming like Garland, but if Garland was a Biden mistake then the whole J6 and too late with the special prosecutor appointment isn't all on Garland. He should have been on SCOTUS and done fine, but top prosecutor? Wrong fit day 1
And that's why some hands off Biden political policy sounds ridiculous for what happened. Of course there should have been some guidelines from the top on how an investigation should go. Pardons usually go through a recommendation eval process so as not to seem political but a prior potus decison?
I'm someone who looks for comfort and stability-avoiding chaos, and I may need to look elsewhere cuz this place is getting more chaotic and destabilizing on various levels by the day
Ask the experts making executive decisions and the politicians what their goals are with all this chaos intentionally being introduced into the Healthcare system. If it's business as usual, it's their business. They want to handle or rather not handle that trifecta of communicable diseases?🙁

optics vs justice? Optics over justice and proper ethical charges via indictment (critical stage1) is politics. Biden's involvement example: day 0-hey Garland I want special prosecutor to do what? avoid those bad optics/polittics. But Biden (10%) let Garland (90%) waste +2yrs running the clock out🤷🏾♀️
Biden was obviously wrong since it's a presidential level decision involving a former potus. I'm gonna have some guidelines for my DOJ and that doesn't mean it's potus job to prosecute like some line prosecutor. Garland was 90% and/10 for Biden putting him there and leaving him.
It's the president's job to deal with the politics of any high political issue? If you don't think a potus should be weighing in with opinions on how an investigation of the prior president maybe should proceed? Don't know what to tell you line when Nixon got pardoned by potus not committee decison
Garland was trash and 46 never should have nominated him, and 46 should have replaced him early on when MG was ass on the J6 hearings results and then fumbling the late special prosecutor appointment too near the end of the game which should have been done immediately IMO due to politics involved
45's alleged crimes and violations were basically "presidential level events" for 46 to weigh in on if he felt his AG was dropping the ball or not effective. The politics of all that warrants presidential involvement/decisions "above the paygrade" of line prosecutors like on nonpolitical cases.
