The Senate passed a budget deal tonight to avert a lengthy govt shutdown by temporarily funding Homeland Security as negotiations over accountability measures for ICE continue.

Both California senators, @padilla.senate.gov and @schiff.senate.gov, voted no over objections to ICE funding.
