Of course its about saving money and not getting people back into work...
PIP isn't an out-of-work benefits. It's purpose is to help disabled people with the extra costs incurred by being disabled.
Labour are getting high on kicking the sick and disabled and it's bloody sickening.

Labour have really embraced their pro-austerity, anti-benefit claimants persona. They seem to be proud that they want to hurt the poor. They are totally heartless in their mission and woe betide anyone who disagrees with them.
