I mean, this isn't really correct? What happened was that Rache Bartmoss created a virus that destroyed all security measures that had kept the powerful AI used by corporations and governments in check, and also corrupted almost all the data stored on cloud servers.

It was an interesting concept for sure. But I have never seen a good solution on how to reload them rapidly. Also, there is probably a lot of situation were you still would have to use conventional autocannons and machine guns instead.

As someone who was a young adult in 2002 (almost 18) I can say that the only things from 2002 I want back are people that were dear to me and are not alive anymore, and maybe my old dog. Thats about it.

Yeah, furniture making (and selling) is really low margin (around 10% on average), and you need to make massive numbers for it to be profitable. There is a reason why companies like IKEA had to start offering other products to stay profitable.
