Weird to think that I won't be home or with family for the holidays due to working a cargo ship on the lakes. Heck I won't even see my folks until after the new year, only when the ship lays up in Superior at the end of the season will I be going home.
So keep us hard working sailors in mind!

This wonderful piece of art by @stardustfox.bsky.social is meant to depict myself and the ship I work on. It turned out amazing. Having something pretty awesome to mark the occasion of my first time working onboard a ship.

Sometimes when you are working on the dock you get bored and snap a picture or two. Trying to fit the whole ship in the picture is a challenge.
