I've not benefited from a single one of the above and neither has my community because it's airy fairy nonsensical on a spreadsheet when normal people struggle to afford rent and bills.

Considering half of these claims only apply to Emgland and the other half is bollocks (with overlap), that particular set of circumstances includes being Welsh, Scottish, from the North of Ireland and/or working class which, correct me if I'm wrong, is most of us.
You would have to have a peculiar set of circumstances not to be benefitting from better health services, better public services, more economic stability, more affordable childcare, wages increasing more than inflation, lower interest rates, increased pensions etc
