Because there is so much information packed onto the Accessible Social website, I made a "quick guide" page for it not that long ago. It's basically a bullet point version of the site for quick guidance and easy reference when needed. We love convenience here!

The least that 2025 can do is give us a Christmas miracle a week early to make up for this truly nightmarish year.

Dipshit is looking for any excuse to start a war with Venezuela just so he can steal their oil.
Trump orders blockade of all 'sanctioned oil tankers' entering and leaving Venezuela
The announcement comes less than a week after the U.S. seized an oil tanker in waters near Venezuela.

Instagram, you can stop telling me that adding audio to a post helps it perform better. I KNOW. You don’t need to tell me every single time I make a new post. If I want to add audio, I will, but I probably won’t because static posts with audio are hella annoying.

Winter is my least favorite season because the dry air means I get zapped by static electricity every few minutes. But it also means that I can usually rub my hands together, build a charge, and zap people on command when they annoy me, so that's fun.

GLASHEEN: Antifa is our primary concern right now. That's the most immediate violent threat we're facing

BENNIE THOMPSON: Where is antifa headquartered?

GLASHEEN: ... ... ... we are building out the infrastructure right now

THOMPSON: What does that mean?

At least once a month I’ll randomly think about the scene in Tomb Raider (2001) where Angelina Jolie’s character casually does bungee cord acrobatics in her foyer and then fights off a squadron of bad guys while still hooked in the harness. Art.

We’ve known since he mocked that disabled reporter that Trump is an ableist monster who doesn’t care about the lives of people with disabilities, so I’m not sure what image he’s still trying to control.

Cuellar accepted a pardon from Trump, who clearly wanted the congressman personally indebted to him. That's not what a real opposition party does. Democrats on the Appropriations committee should vote against reinstating Cuellar.

I'm told House Dems on the Appropriations Committee are holding a secret vote *this* afternoon on whether to reinstate Cuellar. If you've got a rep who is on the committee, a quick call would do some good.
After getting pardoned by Trump, does reinstating a corrupt Democrat into a position of power help the Dem brand? Does it make it easier for us to convince Americans to reject this corrupt regime? Does it make it more likely for us to defeat the Republicans? punchbowl.news/article/hous...
Cuellar to get his Approps post back
House Democrats are set to restore Rep. Henry Cuellar’s (D-Texas) post as the party’s top lawmaker on a key Appropriations subcommittee.

As someone who works in social media, I did in fact LOL at the idea of trying to sift through five years of anyone’s social media. Even with a program, that will probably be a slog, especially if you’re gonna do it to everyone who visits the U.S.

Me, a typography nerd: switching from a Serif font (Times New Roman) to a Sans Serif font (Calibri) actually makes your communications more accessible and easier to read, so it's completely unsurprising that this bullshit administration would switch back.
Calibri font is the latest casualty in the Trump administration's war on diversity and inclusion
Secretary of State Marco Rubio directed U.S. diplomats worldwide to use Times New Roman 14-point font for official documents, reversing a Biden-era directive to use Calibri.

I love listening in on the "conversations" my mother has with the cat. Just now, she was whisper-fighting with Serif, telling her how she needs to get her shit together and figure out how to not track litter out of the laundry room.
