After waiting 6 days for apple support to respond (they didn't) along with several useless calls and unanswered emails, I simply found a Reddit thread concluding that Apple Developer Support doesn't actually exist, and that you must make a whole new email account + apple developer account... (1/2)
We're trying to work on porting Doodle Champs to iPad, but Apple's Developer Program Enrolment won't let me pay the membership/entry fee. Card declined every time and no support responses from Apple.
