Ended up canceling my surgery yesterday because now that I don't have him to help, I literally don't have anyone I'm comfortable with asking for support during the 4 week recovery

I have great friends, but it causes me exceptional discomfort to ask them for help with my basic needs tbh

I just realized that sometimes my panic attacks are my bodies way of signaling me that I need a really good cry and it's feeling blocked from doing it for some reason... only took 12 years to figure out 🙄 ugh

Today was the day I was forced to face that he won

First he took my youth, my innocence & my body, which cut me off my career & my capacity to achieve independence

Then he took my brain, cutting me off my ability to have intimacy or connect on any romantic level

I am broken & he got everything
