What does fragile masculinity look like?

Like straight white men clinging desperately to the right to own a gun, because they are weak and not able to feel powerful without one. Like the same men joining ICE so they can gang up and bully marginalized vulnerable people, same reason. Weakness.

Progress check-in. I’m mid 50s. I work out three to five times a week. I’ve never done steroids. I have serious lower back issues/DDD. I spend 20 to 30 minutes on a mat doing stretches and core strengthening before I lift any weights. This is what my gym body looks like:
