What else do you call it when a government so set on pushing ahead with policies that WILL cause more trans youth to try to leave us?

Love when I'm told workers will be here at 9am so I wake up 2 hours earlier than usual & put my cats away so I dont have to worry about trying to catch them so they dont run outside when they show up & now its 11am & they're still not here 😡
