Joining this app from Twixter is kinda like getting a new phone & finding out your fave solitaire game doesn't carry progress over to a new device, so you have to start from scratch. Equal parts annoying & entertaining. I was never one for a huge follower count, but it'd be nice to exceed my old one

On a second playthrough of #Cyberpunk2077 , doing the #PhantomLiberty dlc with the betray Songbird ending. Who decided that Cyberpunk needed a section that's just a clone of Alien Isolation? Who? WHO?!

#JurassicWorldRebirth Certainly not the worst in the #JurassicPark franchise. I'd put it a solid 4th place after the original 3. Definitely exciting, a little derivative. Basically Jurassic Park 3 meets Aliens. A heavyweight cast helps deliver the ludicrous dialogue. Impressive CGI.

#FantasticFourFirstSteps Is pretty generic and predictable, storywise. It does look absolutely fabulous, but that doesn't make up for how essentially pedestrian it manages to be. It's certainly the best #FantasticFour movie yet. Here's hoping they get more to do in #AvengersDoomsday

#McDonalds sour cream & black pepper McShaker fries are disgusting. But, I suppose if you like your fries to have a powdery texture, smell like feet? Then these are the fries for you. The Mac'n'cheese bites are ok, the cherry blossom sprite's pretty nice, and the caramel pretzel mcflurry is good.

I might catch a little heat for this, but is it me, or is #GenV better than #TheBoys? Just finished S2 Ep7, and I've had more fun watching this than I have the last couple of seasons of The Boys. Don't get me wrong, The Boys is still excellent, but Gen V just feels fresher, more structured.

I've been using up my last 12 days of paid holiday this year. Because of my regular days off, 12 has managed to become a block of 18. I'm 9 days in, with 9 to go, and with the knowledge that Fantastic 4, Jurassic World Rebirth & Superman are all in the post & arriving next week? Nice.

Videotape & laser-disc were developed for cathode ray tube screens around the 24" size. It just doesn't translate to LED screens, the drop in definition on larger screens is marked..

I shudder to think what the image of a VHS would be like through a 55" 4K OLED? Retro consoles like the PS, PS2 & XBox look terrible on HD screens.

I get the vinyl revival thing, I really do. I don't have room for a deck, and the price of records is a bit steep for me.
But, this VHS thing? Who actually thinks videotape is a better way to watch movies? I mean, if DVD is standard definition, why pay £30+ for something with a worse picture?

Anybody else pre-order the rerelease if the #ObiWanKenobi steelbook from #Zavvi? And is anybody else getting weekly "sorry your order is delayed" updates? Been through a decent, long run of orders being on time from Zavvi. Forgot this was their normal way.

A while ago, when the USA lost access to tiktok for less than a day, people from Europe and Commonwealth nations formed communities on the app, and put their nation's flag in their screen names. I did so, and I added it on here, too. Because of the racist idiots, I've chosen to remove it.
