It turns out that there are plenty of people out there who are willing to be jerks to you. Don't do their work for them. You're giving them a free pass. Make them do it, and when you laugh them off, you're just pissing them off that much more, because they had to try AND fail.

Fresh off the hell of trying to get RS2014 to work under Linux, I got it working. In a VMware VM. With rs_asio and GR-55 compatibility.
It’s not perfect, but it’ll do. I don’t plan on playing RS often anymore. But it’ll let me play it on stream if I want to, and maybe I’ll want to. Who knows.

it's not that i ever doubted that being a barista was a skilled position, but my year-long effort to try to produce a half-decent latte at home has convinced me that a good barista is easily more skilled than virtually every c-suite executive on the planet
