So what I'm saying is, we should do that for more things.

Like, artists love to yap about making art, but it would be good to be quiet and just let a person with a camera film in your studio without having the producer yap in a confessional about their personal life.

You know those no-commentary restaurant/bakery videos? I think they do a great job at improving peoples perception of the food industry.

They turn labor into an easily digestible aesthetic. Nobody comments on these "why wake up at 4 am to beak bread only 20 people will buy".

the 90's anime is for sure the definitive moomin animation. I think it's the one most moomin fans think when they think about moomins, but a real freaky moomin-head would say theyre a bit inauthentic to the original books and comics

leivät voi olla vähän taikinasta sisältä. se on ihan ok. niiden avaaminen kuivaa taikinaisen sisällön. jos ne on LIIAN taikinaisia niin seuraavan kerran pidä kauemmin uunissa. jos ne kärtsää niin pidä kauemmin alhaisemmalla lämmöllä. kaikki uunit on erilaisia.

nuolijalla erottelet palat. ei tarvi erotella mitenkää kunnolla, painat vaan syvät lovet siihe

Eka tehään tollanen löysä taikina.
-400g jauhoja (tää oli 300g ruis, 100g vehnä)
-400g hieman lämpöstä vettä johon puserrettu tummaa siirappia joku 1rkl
-10g suolaa, teelusikka kuivahiivaa

peitä kelmulla tiiviisti, unohda pöydälle tunniksi, sitten yön yli jääkaappiin
