Oct 9 - Middle Grade Horror Books You Should Read Day 9 - The Nest by Kenneth Oppel - easily one of the best mg horror books ever written and Becky Spratford compared Broken Dolls to it and I nearly died. You MUST read this one.

I understand that a lot of kidlit authors stopped writing cause their books were banned, but also, kids need your books. For every school admin that bans them there's a teacher or a librarian getting them into kid's hands and that HAS to matter more
