Previewing Tasmania’s newest golfing gem, 7 Mile Beach, ahead of its official opening—and it’s every bit as spectacular as you’ve heard. I was fortunate enough to get a sneak preview of the Mike Clayton and Mike DeVries-designed 7 Mile Beach Golf Course last week as part of the Golf Australia Magazine and Australian Golf Passport podcast course rankings panels—and wow, this place is special. Just 25 minutes from Hobart, the full 18 holes officially opens on December 4, but with all 18 holes now in play, it’s already clear this layout will be one of Australia’s most talked-about destinations.
