A small win. Hopefully, the ADU Bonus Program is amended or repealed.
Against the advice of the City Attorney's Office (because it wasn't on the agenda), the motion also included a request to docket a repeal (or amendment?) of the city's ADU bonus program — one of the city's biggest housing production programs.
