If an entry level position salary is 3x what I make now here at Target? I think I would be the biggest fucking idiot to not do that - especially since higher, more specialized careers makes $100k+ salary.

I have been hemming and hawing about if I want to keep pursuing this I/O Psych masters degree because I don't feel like it fully matches my desires. But I looked up some salary numbers and...yknow, maybe it's worth toughing it out.
