Spent 2 years serving aboard ship in the navy and have taken 2 vacation cruises.
Conclusion: Vaca. cruises are okay, but we spent a $h!teload of money to just see the sea, while "ports-of-call" had way less cheap beer and loose women than "liberty ports".

Spent 2 years serving aboard ship in the navy and have taken 2 vacation cruises.

Think about it, for it's entire existence, even as a bunch of colonies, the US has bee a nation of white supremacy.
Some progress has been made since the Civil War, but it's 1 & 1/2 steps forward & 1 step back. The past 50 or so yrs have been a little more progressive.
