I've been looking over my blood test results while waiting for my appointment. It looks like I've had high red blood cell count since 2020 :/ The number has never been in the normal range, but it goes up and down.
I really hope this visit isn't just "See you in 6 months". I'll be upset. #blutoid

Man I don't think I'm doing well health-wise. Might need to see my primary doctor again to talk about some new lumps popping up on my body.

Today is 28 years since my father died. He was a great man. A combination of caring for and teaching me, but not controlling what I do, so I learned stuff on my own as well.
Took care of 4 kids by himself for 7 years after my mother died. I hate that he's not alive today. I miss him.

Shaking things up a bit. Decided to move to a different music DAW. I had been using a discontinued version of Cakewalk Sonar Platinum, and now I made the jump to Cubase Pro 15.
I'm hoping the change will help me learn what I need to do in order to make better music. But 1st I gotta learn basics.

I feel like maybe I should stop drinking. While I only drink 1 bottle a month (usually lasting a few days), it just makes me sleepy, and I wake up feeling stupid as hell.

Written in 2011 for the album "From Alpha to Omega". It was written based on the piano riff you hear in the beginning (I could perform it live, although I'm pretty sure I didn't in this version). A bit long, but it goes places.

I'm pretty sure I had a dream recently where I hung out with people that don't really exist. Like a group of maybe 3 or 4 other "friends" just hanging out. It made me sad, because I don't have anything like that.
I barely have any contact with anyone, except a few of you guys, which means a lot.

Is it weird that I don't like the idea of making money off my own music? I make music because I love music, and making it is fun as hell. I'd probably be a video game music composer if money wasn't involved. I don't want to take gigs away from other composers, though. Not that I "can" if I wanted to

I almost always write a song for my father, and back in 2022 I released a full album called "Dear Father". I might have something for this year, although nothing is planned. If it happens, it'll be spontaneous.
