doesn't seem like a problem to me. maybe kiiiiinda scuzzy if you're JUST doing it cuz it's popular to make tons of sales, but that's still a maybe and i figure you're doing it more cuz it's something you genuinely like and that's totally cool no matter your popularity.

same, i did a double thumbs up when i passed my first ICE protest. i'm not sure what the agreed upon honk meaning is with protests, but i know its ORIGINAL meaning is danger/aggression, so i never honk for friendly reasons.

seen both, as well as the sub, still prefer the jokey dub for all but like 3 episodes :V voice acting in the filipino english dub leaves a lot to be desired and the sound design in both it and the sub just aren't as good as the jokey dub, imo.

makes sense to me. when you have fewer polygons, the placement and texture of each one matters way more, so it's a lot harder to make it look good than if you use more polygons.

very true if you actually care about theft and brings up another part of this whole thing which is that it's pretty much none of the actual artists working on a game that WANT to use ai for any part of it, the people in charge just FORCE them to.

it's cuz real art comes with copyright and if you copy it you get sued for plagiarism, but if you copy what comes out of the plagiarism machine, that has no artist name attached, that's totally fine (it's not)!

it's an excuse to steal ideas without having to credit the people they were inspired by. you can't get away with copying someone else's art heavily even if you just say you were 'inspired', but if it was mashed up by the machine and the name taken off? apparently that's free game!

unfortunately i've seen a lot of the consumers parrot this point- 'it's fine if they use ai as long as it isn't IN the final product i bought' bruh the problem isn't just that you pay for slop, it's that the people you are giving money to were okay with using the plagiarism machine at all!!

THIS!!! if you're using ai for the final product, you're stealing labor. if you're using it for concepts, you're stealing ideas. man it is so hard, when i see someone post 'i don't know what to draw', to NOT comment with HEY HOW ABOUT DRAWING THIS CHARACTER I LOVE!! but like. i'm pretty sure that'd be very obnoxious and nobody wants that. plus if they don't even know him they'd probably not do a great job anyway ^^;

2/2 hehe i feel that. the new game and anime have hooked a lot of folks but i was already hooked- i just tried one of the old ps1 games recently to get some footage and now i just want to play it for fun, every digimon game is a blast XD

1/2 ye, the vital bracelets/vital hero. well, the app is mostly just a way to store them and track your collection at this point i think... but i actually bought a smartphone JUST so i could do that XD i like the watch a lot.

oh and maybe tiktok, i know people from there tend to use horrible censors like just replacing random letters with * to make it not show up in searches which is REALLY harmful actually when people are trying to block those words
