As i'm not able to see into the future. Ignoring Blasi, Bossuyt and Hartmann because they were signed or moved teams during the season. That being said, couldn't beat last years 89 correct. But only one away for 2025, 88 correct. Starting to think that my goal of 100 of 120 is impossible.

Must adjust my thoughts on what an elite rider is to a team. Pidcock scored 3889 UCI-points by himself. But he also made his teammates much better. Team scored over 8000 points. Elite riders impact on a team larger than i thought. Lesson learned for the future.

With the expected merger between Lotto and Intermarche teams in place. Though not yet ratified. A silent but fierce fight is taking place between Uno-X and Cofidis. Right now the Norwegian team is leading. Winner gets the final WorldTour spot coming 3 years.

I agree Steve. Loosing Onley would be devastating for Team Picnic. One of a very few really good riders on that team.

Official now. All three teams of Arkea B&B Hotels is seizing operations. Do not know what happens to Anders Foldager next year. But i'm sure if he was going to Uno-X, it would have been made public by now. But Embret Svestad Bårdseng should be a rider the Norwegian team goes after.

As expected, Simone Boilard went back to her previous team St Michel. Also thought Cofidis was the other frontrunner. Watch her have above 500 uci-points in 2026. Procycling is weird that way!

I believe Movistar Team is below average in getting the most out of their riders. Alejandro Valverde did win despite that. Let's see if Cian Uijtdebroeks can do the same.

Have been promoting womens Canadian cycling, as a coming powerhouse, for about 2 years now. Didn't see Magdeleine Vallieres winning the World title. And to be frank, she isn't the best cyclist in the World. Is she even in the top 50. I don't know.

I should clarify my position. To me Riccitello is going to be what Simon and Adam Yates is to Vingegaard and Pogacar respectively. Seixas is always going to be the prioritized rider in TdF. Just because he is French.

This is worth mentioning. As soon as Tom Pidcock leaves INEOS, he races to third in the Vuelta. My theory is that INEOS is smothering their riders in whatever strategy the team is using. I believe the team therefore is fundamentally flawed.

And today they signed the one key elite climbing help to Seixas in Matthew Riccitello. Can't see Riccitello winning TdF. But probably a future winner of the Giro or Vuelta Espana.

Expect in coming years the team signing time trialists. Team need to learn the in and outs of elite team time trialing. Armirail will be too old in 5 years, thats why, i think, he is let go now.

New sponsor CMA CGM, a French shipping and logistics company, is clearly increasing the teams budget. I'm sure the teams long term goal is winning Tour de France with Paul Seixas within 5 years. Do the team think that Olav Kooij is capable of winning Paris-Roubaix?
