Happy 10 years to my the second favourite #equestriagirls movie 💙

I love the concept of #TwilightSparkle having two sides, the mega Princess of Friendship and the lonely school nerd, which was introduced in the movie.

Well this was unexpected huh?

Funny thing is that I announced to whom am working with that I'll do a landscape one for pc wallpapers and ill submit 2 projects this time, little do they know as well karbol hueheu, I Lied.

Ive done 3! as a thank you to all of you and a gift to me and you because in 28th.....sigh Im old.

now time to speak about this, DayDream Shimmer.
I was very stumped on how to do her, ive tried many things and many poses but no luck, its dosent cut out or appease me, then i took a little break and head downstairs to grab some water while holding my shoulders, then as i seen my glimpse of myself in the mirror, hands on shoulder - then that struck me, arms crossed palms raised open, like casting a spell.

also yes this was done by eyeballing it with a symmetry ruler

This only added the Flare rings and her Wings

On the inking, this has less layers than MidSparks plus ive changed some few stuff, manely her hair and dress.

the rings was added later on the rendering

To be honest, I have no words on the rendering, Although its kinda bittersweet for me, filled some emotions on finishing

The mix of color theory and glows adds the final touch to this amazing project

and honestly i cant thank everyone enough who joined this amazing project, hope that I, you and everypony enjoyed our Creations

My design of Daydream Shimmer as a cosmic horror entity. Her body is slightly transparent and you can partially see her clavicle, ribs, and pelvis. Her lower half is made of a honey-like substance and globbing together. Her fiery wings are attached to her arms, one of which is pressed to her chest while the other reaches out. She also has one eye and no other facial features. Her hair is made of fire, and a few broken halos encircle her.

Next up in our portals ( haha ) is midnight sparkle / SciTwi sparkle!

So far after the RD project, its obvious we include MidSpark as the queen of the hour in this collab.

during the process i was sketching and procrastinating, this is the idea i came up with, it was inspired no other than PINKIE PIE in that one episode where she shakes the viewer's POV camera, arms out to the screen but not really and more wider smile and.... Frantic Hair and Flames which i am not a fan on, thankfully its only a sketch and I wrote on the canvas " I fix the glaring issues later -RF " yea i had a grammatical error in the canvas words ive written too

- oh and cat fang, which sadly to break cha'll hearts, aS not in the final, im sorry.

now moving On the refined sketch - y'all noticed some things moved and change, notably her right arm ( your perspective as her ) and the flames are more less Frantic, and changed the open-cat mouth ( im sorry... ) to more smaller grin-like smile

On the inkling process!

In total this took about 5-6 hours in from sketch to inkling, and again made some changes like the right arm again moved a little higher and the flames on her eyes more refined in flat colors, not much words but time to move into the Render / Final

This is the Final Render of the Queen

as i render her, Ive spend around 2-3 hours in rendering because the total project time is 8 hours

- main reason is yes a little procrastination was involved but im not counting that in the time and truthfully to be told this was days in the making midway in the deadline ( please disregard this )

- but its more of a experimenting with colors and details and getting lost in the already labeled layers, although i wanna do color theory on it, it didn't made sense so I opted in for ( was it mono-wheel? ) pallete Pink, Purple, Blue, And Teal as well a little Glow Layer
