Excellent quality beef, just a bit rare and the right amount of horseradish.

Luncheon (self catering): hot tinned tomatoes, fortified with Hendo’s sauce, on toasted homemade ciabatta…with loads of Parmesan.
I could have done with the toast rubbed with garlic and a few black olives!
