I gave up drinking in January 2023. But on three occasions since then, I’ve tasted alcohol. I still don’t drink as a rule, but it hasn’t been a “perfect” streak. Just do the best you can, my friend. 💖

I have now had the first world problem delight of no wifi from London to Philadelphia and from Tokyo to Seattle.

I just have to do a trans-Indian Ocean wifi-less flight and I can say, “Bingo!”🥴
