Saw this while out and about on October 10th and knew I wasn't taking Halloween month seriously enough.

I feel for you. I'm always lightly devastated when I've spent a lot of time revising only to realize (with more experience) that I just need to trash it. Rewriting, though--that's harder. I'm contemplating an old monster of my own, and I keep turning away from the horror of what needs to be done.
