The ASPCA poison control is worth its weight in gold. Well worth the $90 fee per call. It saved me having to take both Kiernan and Rey to the emergency vet when they ate most of a container of calming treats. Even helped me get Rey to 🤮🤮. She was one stubborn princess.

Have felt like curling in a ball to hide and weep all day. Which is a bit much, even for me, with my depression reasonably controlled as it is. Finally remembered I had a migraine yesterday. This is a not uncommon day after reaction for me. 🤦 #ComorbidConditionsAreAssholes

I was raised a third generation Cub’s fan. In the painful days of my youth, we were just bad. I eventually cut ties for my mental health. Well, that and I find bat and ball games far more fun to play than to watch. At least my dad lived to see the curse broken.
