The APA board of officers held its annual in-person meeting in San Jose, CA, November 21–23. On Friday at SJSU, Alex Guerrero (Rutgers), chair of the APA committee on the status and future of the profession, delivered the 9th APA Lecture, “Lottocracy: Democracy Without Elections.”
