I managed to escape the underground a while ago.
Willingly staying in the pollution to then breathing fresh air.

Having the pollution in the air now reminds me that I'll never go back. I didn't know I could fight, could live free back then.

I get to define myself.
I get to be me.

For the first time in the almost 4 years we've been on hrt, our pharmacy changed the manufacturer they get our Spiro from.
Y'ALL. The new pills taste SO bad. AND they have an incredibly long after taste. Like mint leaves that were left to rot into a goo 😫

Retrospection: Day 0 | Pt 1

Looking past the layers of disassociation, suppression, lying to oneself.

Jumping right into is outright terrifying. There's a difference about knowing the truth, and accepting it. Working through the feelings of years and years of buried memories.
