The fountain at the WWII memorial is really pretty lit up at night.
This is the fountain of water in the middle of the World War II memorial in Washington, DC. The fountain is an oval, not a circle. There are many arching streams of water all around the outside arching toward the middle. There are larger streams on either side. In the background on the left are some of the pillars that represent each of the states. In the distance are the lights of the town. The lights are placed right below each stream of water, thus making the streams appear to be streams of light. The state pillar also have lights at the bottom shinning up on them.
