Let me see if I understand this: for decades corporate overlords moved US furniture factories to cheap-labor countries, for their boards and shareholders. Now that there are virtually no US furniture factories, he’s tarriffing foreign furniture so there will be no affordable furniture here at all. 😡

Paxlovid, a lifesaver for some w/Covid, costs $1,300–1,570 for a 5-day course w/o insurance. Some people’s insurers deny a 2nd round prescribed by their doctors.

But drug & insurance companies’ rights to reap obscene profits from our illnesses are protected by our government.

Where’s our outrage?

Almost everybody: take a look at how many media companies are publicly traded. In other words, we don't matter... only the shareholders matter. Which means, only the stock value matters. Here we are in end-stage capitalism :)
