Rosajon X, a version of Rosajon created by Mel-Sky wearing armor inspired by the Mega Man X series. I added a gun arm and helmet in addition to sticking as close to the Mega Man style as I could.

Any tips for doing this on Android? Only games I've ever modded were Stardew Valley and Sims 2 haha

I heard I might be able to sync a Switch pro controller, which would be amazing.

Whelp, thanks to @protonjon.bsky.social I've downloaded Mega Man X Dive.

It's beating me over the head with nostalgia and fan service and I love it even tho it's still technically a gacha game.

Super saiyan Klairrot in the same pose as the previous illustration. Her fists are up but now she is bruised and battered from a fight. I color adjusted the yellow in her skin and clothes a bit while adding tears to her gi and making her muscles a little bigger. Her expression has changed from excited to serious.

I'm glad you're getting back to it! Creating art for Claire's community has helped me remember what made drawing fun, as I was making my own interpretation of their characters.

I'm also been focusing a lot more on anatomy which has helped me feel better about my art.

That all being said (whatever I'm trying to say at this point), some of the real me can be seen when I do art for Claire's streaming community, cause I adapt the characters to my own style.

I think every artists needs to re-evaluate why they draw on occasion, and I've been super overdo. Blog end/

I need to do a hard reset on my projects and to-do list. Cause my creativity and drive have suffered for YEARS now and it's over a whole lot of nothing.

I need to just draw my kitsune characters and the occasional Metroid/Final Fantasy, but with my own flair so my creativity can thrive again. 4/?

I know this sounds like whining, but even when a post would get thousands of 'likes' I'd get barely any follows, which again was some warped measure of how effective I was as an artist, at least in my head. So I could never live up to... myself.

But people can tell when your heart isn't in it. 3/?

I always made things that only I would see, but when I started posting on Twitter I hard pivoted to purely doing fanart cause it get more attention

My Metroid stuff got a lot of attention but that set some sort of bar of standards I felt like I needed to live up to with the next Samus post. 2/?

I need to ramble for a minute because this is getting me down. I honestly think social media killed my desire to draw. At least to a degree.

I used to CONSTANTLY create stuff. If I wasn't drawing I was writing, and I've been super tempted on numerous occasions to get back into clay sculpting. 1/?

Updating my reference sheet for faces so I can hop back into drawing again!

Using Tifa and Aerith as a base is actually paranormal the course since Nomura has had such a huge impact on me.

Dunno if it's ironic that I want to draw Cloud and Squall tho.
