Exploring Rinpung Dzong—the fortress on the heap of jewels—in western Bhutan. Nothing beats the brilliant blue skies of the Himalaya. Glad to be back in this beautiful country that I love, among such kind & compassionate people. 🇧🇹

Met this wonderful dog @ 10,000 ft elevation while hiking in the Himalaya. Totally serene, just chilling, concentrating on the valley below. I will always judge a nation by how they treat their dogs 🐕. Bhutan sets a high standard for compassion towards every living thing. 🇧🇹

Sweaty climb down from the 17th-century Tiger’s Nest Monastery in Bhutan. Thrilled to be back in one of my favorite countries on the planet. Blessed w/ lovely weather & surrounded by terrific friends. Eating so many chilies. 🌶️
