Rewatch complete of this 90s DTV gem! It’s Seven with martial arts, HK style choreography and direction so of course it absolutely rules. Daniels and Jeffreys are good but the late great Darren Shahlavi is having a blast. Tons of fights, some cheesy acting and music pure 90s gold!

While TWINKLE TWINKLE LUCKY STARS humor is mostly cringeworthy the action is some of the very best from this era of HK cinema. Everyone gets their chance to shine with hard hitting action and bone breaking stunt work. Yuen Biao’s kick off the box is a thing of beauty!

While TWINKLE TWINKLE LUCKY STARS humor is mostly cringeworthy the action is some of the very best from this era of HK cinema. Everyone gets their chance to shine with hard hitting action and bone breaking stunt work. Yuen Biao’s kick off the box is a thing of beauty!
Decent Chinese DTV flick with iQiyi stars Andy On and Louis Fan as reluctant partners is unnecessarily mean at times but features enough hard hitting action to keep us entertained. The end fight isn’t helped by overly dramatic flashbacks that break up the action. Still a fun time.
