This is horrible policy. Quick math...2.5k x 12 x 50 =1.5M. 3k x 12 x 30 = 1.08M. That is a 420k difference that the homeowner will pay! This is great for the banks, terrible for the people. #mortgage #affordability #inflation #betterfuture #workingclass
