I just asked the office that did the CT scan for a copy!
First thing I said when I held it 🤣
🤣🤣🤣

Let me know if you make a mug out of it!
I used CT scan data to 3D print my skull and you can, too! 💀

It’s a very strange feeling to be holding a 1:1 life-size replica of your own skull, but it’s a cool point in history that we’re able to do this! 🧠
Classic, happens to me all the time! How’d you catch the problem?
I've got more filament than I could print in a lifetime, so this should be great 🤣
OK, I'm convinced! I've wanted to try this out for a while, and you made it look so easy!
I saw this! I read a summary but haven’t done a deep dive yet. Is the idea to decouple motion instructions from sensor / other instructions?
That looks like so much fun!
Ugh, that sucks. Sorry man!
That’s really clever!
He’s going for a little walk, good for him! 🤣

I doodled this frog walk cycle this morning.
I’ll bet you do!
Hanging out at the airport is usually when I clean up my 3D scans, but today I'm working on a slightly different kind of 3D scan 👀

'Hey, want to see what I'll look like in 100 years?' - my wife didn't think it was as clever as I did 🤣
…did somebody say frogs? 👀
The original 2010 model had a few holes and some mesh issues, and I've wanted to clean it up and post it for a few years.

Print one yourself and test your 3D printer!

Want to try a ~45 minute test print for your 3D printer?

The 'Double Helix Challenge' was one of my favorite prints from the early Thingiverse era, and it's a great cooling test for your 3D printer.
That’s really clever, nice work!
Printed some new keys for my Oskitone Poly555 3D printed synth!
Ugh, what a headache.

There’s a drop box right near my house, but something like ~50% of the packages I would drop would never get scanned in.

I always assumed they were just getting lost, never occurred to me that someone would be stealing them!
Oh wow, that’s actually a really clever idea
